Duganski is a purple stripe hardneck variety; this group is known for its strong,complex and rich garlic flavor. Originally from Uzbekistan, it produces very large bulbs with a light purple blush. Cloves are wrapped in a light brown clove leaf. Approximately 4 bulbs per lb.
